Ambassador Manager

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Brand Engagement Manager, this role will have a varied and interesting set of responsibilities, focused on managing and maximizing our Ambassador relationships. You will be the first point of contact for all communication from key ambassadors and influencers, managing their accounts, day to day fulfilment tasks, and leading on projects within this area. You will also lead on expanding the programme, sourcing new relationships and reporting on key metrics.

This role is well suited to an individual with an interest in and knowledge of yoga, with account management and project management skills. There is significant room for this role to grow and develop as the ambassador programme expands.

We’re looking for someone to develop within our team, who is keen to learn, has an eagle eye for detail and a willingness to go above and beyond to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and build the brand’s relationships through social media with ambassadors and key influencers
  • Implementing Ambassador programme development strategy as guided by the Brand Engagement Manager.
  • Reporting on ambassador activity and performance
  • Fulfilling all liforme responsibilities to the ambassadors through order creation and support.
  • Involvement in ambassador-related events
  • Key project support as required

Skills/Attributes:

  • At least 4 years’ experience in similar roles
  • A proven track record of Ambassador Relationship Management, or similar account management
  • Excellent written communication
  • Highly personable and able to form great working relationships
  • Good analytical and project management skills
  • Social Media skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and use your initiative
  • An excellent academic record or equivalent work experience

As the responsibilities of this role are varied, you must be a great all-rounder with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, with a particular focus on building relationships within the yoga industry.
