4pm- 6pm: Vairagya: Mindful Movement
Learn a new paradigm for your practice where less effort equals more results. Drop into the inner body and discover healing, quietness and wisdom. Start off with a meditation and end with a deep flow practice. This class is the antidote to the goal-oriented mindset. Understand what it means to practice with non-attachment and be in a fully surrendered state. This class is an impartation of the most subtleteachings of yoga.
10am-12:00pm: Yoga Drills
Join two hour strength and flexibility journey if you want to laugh, have fun and share the warm heart of yoga with Kino. Start off with a short meditation and then dive into a full-on practice for all levels. From shoulders to core, hips to backbends, your body and mind will be in a yoga bootcamp.

2pm-4:00pm: Backbending Workshop:
This class isn’t for everyone. Join when you have a solid backbend practice and are working on standing up and dropping back into Urdhva Dhanurasna. Explore the technical foundations of deeper backbends, using the basic wheel pose as the basis. Challenge yourself to go deeper into more difficult backbends safely. Cultivate a calm mind while digging deeply into your backbends. Intermediate or advanced level recommended.
10am – 12pm Ashtanga Yoga Full Primary Series Led Class
For the complete Ashtanga Yoga experience, the Primary Series will be instructed with the traditional vinyasa method emphasized and counted in Sanskrit from start to end. Here you will come in direct contact with flow of the practice uninterrupted. Prior Ashtanga Yoga experience and proficiency are recommended.
Hip to be square: Love, Accept and Open Your Hips
Accessing the deep release and openness that hip rotation requires is a unique combination of anatomical knowledge and inner peace. Join this class to learn the right information and, more importantly, the right frame of mind to hip opening from. Gain access to the deep muscles within the pelvis and learn to relax and release your hips.
Be ready for a deep journey into the inner body complete with a detailed muscular and skeletal technique and the subtle body of emotions and energy. Learn how to create the safe space of patience, kindness and tolerance in the deepest regions of the pelvis and watch your hips open.
