Overview
Exploring aspects of both Yin and Yang yoga, you’ll discover how to both fire the body up and how to slow it down. Practicing anatomically-informed alignment-based Hatha and Vinyasa Flow each morning and Restorative and Yin yoga each evening, we’ll explore these complementary practices and all the elements necessary to be able to confidently teach both.

LOCATION
The entire course will be taught virtually online via pre-recorded practice videos, livestream sessions through Zoom, and live teaching practices with fellow students through Zoom.
Every morning and evening you will have pre-recorded videos to follow along with to guide you in your meditation and asana practices.
You can follow these practices in your own time. Depending on what time zone you are located in, you may choose to practice these classes before and/or after the live sessions. If that schedule does not work for your time zone, you can practice these whenever the timing works for you.
VIRTUAL CLASSES
Every afternoon, we will meet together in live sessions via Zoom for our online training sessions. All training sessions are listed in Greenwich Mean Time Zone (GMT).
If you are unable to attend a live session for any reason, all classes will be recorded and available for you to view after the training session has ended.
You can access the pre-recorded classes and the live online sessions from any digital device. You will need to download the free Zoom app for live access.
All training sessions include asana lab breakdowns, anatomy, history, and philosophy classes as well as practice teaching time.
RESOURCES
You will be provided with a detailed and robust digital PDF training manual to follow along with throughout the course. All other resources will also be offered digitally as needed.
Practice teaching sessions will be conducted via Zoom with other course participants who are located in or near your time zone for ease of scheduling.
Schedules for practice teaching will be compiled once a full class is assembled. You will be provided with this information as soon as it is available.
