Overview

Whether you are a complete beginner or a regular yoga-goer, come and join us for a relaxed and friendly retreat at cosy, luxuriously-converted… ZOOM! Yep, please allow us to introduce the Bobble Virtual Yoga Retreat Programme, facilitated via video conferencing on Zoom.

Our retreat is about You: A chance to develop your practice in a way that is suited to your abilities - yoga is not a competitive sport after all! Learn techniques for cooling your mind, Relax And Restore in this ever-changing world. Bring your friends, your partner or just Yourself! Everyone is welcome.

All this from the comfort of your home. Each session will be designed to help calm stress and anxiety, and we’ll even share some tips on how you can recreate the feel of an in-person retreat. We’ll facilitate Zoom sessions not only for our yoga and workshops, but also to spend some silent time together (which is entirely optional, but rather lovely).

Find inspiration during our guided mindfulness sessions, rejuvenate with our restorative yoga sessions and experience the deeply relaxing yoga nidra. The workshops and the retreat is led by Adri, a Yoga Alliance certified teacher. We’ll prepare take-home guidance for your self-practice too, so that you can continue the experience at the ease of your home at any time.

Highlights include:
- 12 hours of online yoga sessions altogether. This includes morning mindfulness sessions, morning asana (physical exercise) Breathe And Flow sessions and restorative evening practices
Two workshops include Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) and The Art of Slowing Down
3 hours of shared human experience via Zoom (entirely optional, but rather lovely :))
