    The class is a one hour dynamic yoga class with lots of backbends, hip opening fun and SWEAT.

    In this class I'll direct you through a dynamic vinyasa yoga flow at a fast pace, where you'll be able to explore deep backbends, leg behind the head and other hip openers in a fun and safe way. Even though there aren't any props in the video, feel free to use blocks and yoga straps to assist you to practice safely and never going over the edge.
