Yoga Strong is our in house signature class. This is a full body workout focusing on toning and strengthening muscles, weight loss and flexibility! This class combines Yoga, weight lifting exercises, Pilates drills and stretches. Recommended for all yogis to balance muscle strength and avoiding injuries from repetitive movements.

This is a full body workout that will make you sweat! Modifications are given so all levels can follow along and feel accomplished. Required material: yoga mat, yoga blocks, strap and dumbbells.

It is highly recommended to start with light weights (1 kg / 3lb) as we work stability muscles not typically worked through a regular weight lifting routine.
