Overview
This is a full body workout that will make you sweat! Modifications are given so all levels can follow along and feel accomplished. Required material: yoga mat, yoga blocks, strap and dumbbells.
It is highly recommended to start with light weights (1 kg / 3lb) as we work stability muscles not typically worked through a regular weight lifting routine.
