If sunshine, yoga, boat trips, hikes on one of the most famous volcano (Mount Etna), taking time to chill by the pool or stroll by the beach sounds up your alley, then this retreat is for you!

Kissed by the sun and surrounded by the smell of the olive trees and fresh tomatoes, we will spend a week in a beautiful Villa in Augusta, practicing yoga and learning how to stay fully present in the moment.

What you can expect

two yoga classes most days (vinyasa, mandala and yin/restorative), guided meditations, tasty vegetarian and vegan food & super fun activities.

We will wake up to start the day with a dynamic, yet open to all levels, practice to get us energised and set the day right, followed by a delicious breakfast.

There will be a few activities (which are optional) to do during the stay at alternate days like the hike on the UNESCO World Heritage Site Mount Etna, boat trips around Ortigia, visit to the historic cities of Syracuse, Catania and Noto. The other days there is the chance to relax by the pool, go to the beach (we can organise different trips to different beaches in the area) and take time for yourself!
The days will be ending with a restorative practice (in the days of excursion it will depend from what time we will be back, but a more specific schedule will come out soon) and an incredible dinner out in the terrace.
