We are three friends with a shared passion for health, fitness and wellbeing. We have designed, what we believe, a fitness retreat should be! Empowering, lighthearted, inspiring and balanced.
Together we are passionate about creating an alternative approach to fitness holidays which are unique, non-judgemental, effective and fun. All retreats are now weekends in Sittingborne, Kent.
