Our yoga and hiking retreat in Portugal begins with 3 nights in Lisbon tasting food and wines and walking through the city’s most historic landmarks and neighborhoods.

We will visit Sintra to explore this unique city and its surrounding castles and palaces. Heading south towards the wild Portuguese coast we will spend the last half of the week hiking the breathtaking coastline, visiting secluded beaches, exploring nature, trying our hand at surf lessons (totally optional!), and reconnecting with nature at its finest.
