OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE – Management Information & Financial Reporting

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role will have a varied and interesting set of responsibilities, focussed on our operational finance and reporting. You will work across our direct to consumer, wholesale and marketplace teams to set up and run operational financial, management information and KPI reports and produce performance analysis as required.

This role sits within our Operations Team at the core of our business and you will take responsibility for financial and management information reporting & analysis to efficiently drive and support growth in our fast-growing global company. We’re

looking for someone to develop within our team, who is keen to learn, has an eagle eye for detail and a willingness to go above and beyond to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly financial and operational business performance reporting Variance to budget analysis and reporting
  • Quarterly sales commissions and donation accounting
  • Quarterly, half yearly and annual P&L preparation
  • Reconciliation of data across operating systems to cross check numbers Understanding of cash vs accrual accounting methodologies
  • Inventory reporting
  • Cash flow reporting
  • Invoicing & payments
  • Ad hoc KPI monitoring and reporting Ad hoc operational data analysis


  • 3+ years direct experience in operational financial & management information reporting
  • Solid understanding of data flows
  • Proven problem solver and self-starter who is tenacious in delivering solutions Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to communicate complicated concepts clearly & concisely way, verbally & in writing
  • Trustworthy with the ability to handle sensitive business information confidentially
  • Highly personable and able to form great working relationships Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and use your initiative
  • An excellent academic record or equivalent work experience
