OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE – Systems & Solutions

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role will have a varied and interesting set of responsibilities, focussed on our operational systems and integrations. You will work across all areas of our business operations to manage operational workflows, systems and processes. You will work on business change to manage projects and ensure continuity in our operational workflows.

This role is at the core of the business and you will take responsibility for a variety of pivotal operational workflows in order to efficiently drive and support growth in a fast-growing global company. We’re looking for someone to develop within our team, who is keen to learn, has an eagle eye for detail and a willingness to go above and beyond to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Liforme’s operational systems, processes & workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve or streamline operational systems, processes & workflows
  • Input on business change projects across our ecommerce, marketplaces and wholesale teams and apply project management methodologies to ensure continuity in our operational workflows.
  • Input on new product launches to ensure operational workflows are accounted for and updated as necessary
  • Input on new software implementation to ensure seamless integration with current operational systems
  • Hands-on simple configuration of day to day operational software - Shipstation, Trade Gecko, Salesforce, Xero
  • Management of customer data through operational systems to ensure data flows are working and all systems reconcile correctly
  • Be a key team member, building strong rapport with key departments and proactively supporting their KPIs
  • Work with web developers to successfully project manage changes, updates and upgrades on behalf of the direct to consumer team
  • Communicate planned and unplanned disruptions to web functionality and operational systems & processes to the wider Liforme team and external partners Strategic monthly and ad-hoc service KPI reporting, highlighting opportunities for improvements or cost savings
  • Ad hoc additional office and team responsibilities to assist the smooth running of our business as required by Head of Operations/ CEO


  • 3+ years experience managing operational workflows, systems & solutions Direct experience of implementing, updating and/or managing Salesforce platforms
  • Solid understanding of system integrations in order to quickly assess impacts on workflows or processes
  • Proven problem solver and self-starter who grabs hold of a problem and is tenacious in delivering a solution
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent understanding of Excel
  • Highly personable and able to form great working relationships
  • Ability to communicate complicated concepts clearly & concisely way, verbally & in writing
  • Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and use your initiative
  • An excellent academic record or equivalent work experience
