Liforme Rewards Programme
Specified rewards and ‘loyalty points' have no official monetary value and can’t be exchanged, transferred, redeemed, replaced or refunded for proper cash. Discount codes or the like cannot be used for shipping charges, gift cards or any taxes. New friend referral discounts must be used in a single visit. Rewards last for 12 months without a purchase, and they cannot be transferred from person to person. The ‘loyalty points’ earned as part of the Loyalty Programme will be visible in the customer account, and eligible for use once the applicable approval period has passed.
Further, by accepting the loyalty points/rewards, each customer agrees to release and hold harmless Liforme, its licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, merchant partners, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, use or misuse of the loyalty discounts or participation in any Loyalty Programme related activity.
This Loyalty Programme is void where prohibited by law. Liforme reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Loyalty Programme; to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the website, to be acting in violation of the sites Policies and Procedures; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or to be using the Loyalty Programme to circumvent Liforme’s wholesale price structures and/or to purchase quantities of more than 8 units of Liforme mats in any 12 months at a discount or 3+ units in a single order via the Loyalty Programme with the intention and/or action of reselling such mats. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry, methods will void all such entries by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Loyalty scheme at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the user and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail, addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Liforme will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
Liforme reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the Loyalty Programme, without notice for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of acceptable usage of our Loyalty Programme. We also reserve the right to revoke reward points if we feel the participant has tried to abuse the Loyalty Programme in any way.
Refer a Friend Programme
Customers will be entered into Liforme’s Loyalty Programme once they click to ‘Refer a Friend’.
“Referrer” means the person referring a friend.
“Referred Friend” means the person referred by a Referrer.
“Loyalty Programme” means Liforme’s loyalty programme comprising it’s ‘Refer a Friend’ promotion or any other loyalty-related promotions or campaigns carried out by Liforme at any time.
Liforme account holders can refer multiple friends – there’s no limit. Referred friends must be completely new to Liforme. They can’t have placed an order at any time, nor can they refer themselves. To refer, post the unique referral link on personal social media accounts only. Referrers must not post their referral link (or related code) on any third party websites including without limitation coupon websites, nor shall Referrers engage in any search engine marketing (eg Google Adwords, Yahoo or Bing) in relation to or referencing in any way any aspect of Liforme’s ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme.
When referring friends, Liforme account holders will receive ‘loyalty points’ with the equivalent value as set out from time to time on the ‘Refer a Friend’ page on Liforme’s website, which will be added to their account when a Referred Friend has completed their first purchase, and will be eligible for use once the applicable approval period has passed.
Upon receiving a referral to Liforme, Referred Friends will receive the specified reward (such as a discount code or other reward) according to the promotion being run by Liforme at the applicable time of their being referred. They must click to Liforme’s website from the unique referral link to redeem the reward.
