Studio Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions

“You; Your” means the Affiliate
“We; Us; Our” means Liforme Ltd
“Liforme” means Liforme Ltd

Commissions: 

You will earn 10% from any sales generated directly from click-throughs (based on a 7 day cookie length) from your unique link to the Liforme website and on to a completed transaction. No commissions will be paid on sales not using the link. 

Payments:  

Your commission will be calculated on the net sales value received by Liforme on non-returned orders, exclusive of discounts, sales taxes and shipping charges paid by the customer. This is as long as you remain an affiliate and this agreement active and valid. Your commission will be paid on a quarterly basis (so long as the amount due to you exceeds USD $20). Your commission will be paid via PayPal unless otherwise agreed by Liforme.

In order for your commission to be paid, we may require you to provide us with any tax or identification information that is necessary.

Products:

The cost of our products may, at our discretion, change at any time without prior notice. We will always do our best to keep you informed but understand the affiliate payment for our products may change at any time without prior notice. You shall be responsible for all taxes and/or appropriate levies that are required by law or regulation.

Tracking: 

You are to understand that we cannot be responsible for purchases that we are unable to electronically verify through our affiliate software. No payments can be made on purchases which do not use the appropriate link regardless of any other evidence presented to us in relation to a referral.

You are to understand that tracking of payments by our affiliate software can never be 100% accurate as they may occasionally be affected by issues outside of our control. For example, we are not able to track customers who don’t accept cookies, or any other mechanisms through which affiliate referrals may be tracked. 

Advertising:

You understand that your ability to advertise our products as an affiliate is non-exclusive which can be revoked at any time at our discretion.

You are solely responsible for your own advertising and we will not review or approve any affiliate advertising. Your advertising must be to the best of your knowledge, truthful, accurate and without deception.

You are not permitted to send unsolicited emails, faxes or letters advertising any of our products or services, or promoting your web pages/content on which our products are mentioned. This stands regardless of the law in your country’s jurisdiction.

You are not permitted to use to use targeting of Liforme's brand terms for any paid digital advertisement, including but not limited to search and social media. Commissions will not be paid where there is evidence of any paid digital advertising activity on brand terms.

You are not permitted to register the brand Liforme or any variation of it on any social media platform. This includes, but is not limited to, Liforme + generic word or sentence, or generic word or sentence + Liforme. Any attempt to register such social media accounts will be in direct breach of our intellectual property rights.

Any and all proprietary information, trademarks, copyrights and all other similar rights which arise from our products and services are, and will continue to be, Liforme’s exclusive property.

Relationships: 

You shall act exclusively as an independent contractor. This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise between you and Liforme. You understand that you are not an employee or agent of Liforme and you have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.

You will not make any statement, whether on your website or otherwise, that would reasonably contradict anything in this section.

Website Restrictions:

You are not permitted to promote our products from any website and/or other location that engages in or promotes illegal activities. This is in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction of where Liforme operates, and in which you are based.

You are not permitted to promote our products from any website and/or other location that contains sexually explicit material, promotes violence or acts of hate, promotes alcohol, tobacco or gambling, or promotes discrimination of any kind.

You are not permitted to use any method make our website appear on another domain. This includes copying or framing our website’s content. You may not engineer any website containing a qualifying affiliate link in such a manner that pulls internet traffic away from Liforme.

You are not permitted to take any action which interferes with our website and/or tracking of referrals or affiliate commissions. This includes but is not limited to, the use of toolbars, cookie stuffing, download technology, or any other system/ practice that would result in a commissionable event that is not created by a genuine customer.

You are prohibited from accessing our website in any capacity that is in violation of any of these terms. You are not permitted to frame Liforme or mask the Liforme URL with your own URL.

You are not permitted to promote Liforme or your affiliate link using pop-up or pop-under technology.

Other Restrictions:

• You are not permitted to offer discounts, rebates or other applicable benefits to encourage sales of our products.
• Commission will not be paid for any orders you make with your own link.
• You may not sell, forward, redistribute, or otherwise repurpose your link to any third party.
• You shall not place affiliate links on any of Liforme’s social media pages (wall posts, comments, photo captions, etc.) This includes but is not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube and Twitter.

These terms may change at any time and without notice at Liforme’s sole discretion.
