Each day in this yoga retreat, we will have a 2 hours very strong and solid Vinyasa yoga session in the morning, with different themes to explore how we move our bodies in a more efficient and energizing way, get inspired and improved both on and off the mat. Then we will have lots of free time to enjoy healthy food, swimming in the pool or ocean, Thai massage, reading or exploring the island, optional to do more yoga with wonderful Vikasa yoga teachers in the afternoon and evening…
There will be 2 afternoon workshops during the retreat, focus on inversions and backbends, each workshop is 2 hours long.

Jinsong is an international yoga teacher, he has been studying and teaching yoga for over 15 years. He mainly teaches in Beijing, he travels and teaches classes, workshops and retreats in China, America, Australia and Europe. He offers many different types of yoga classes to different levels of students, from beginners to advanced practitioners, from people who are recovering from illness to athletes, from restorative yoga to strong vinyasa flow.
He mainly teaches yoga breathing (Pranayama), yoga poses (Asana) and movements, meditation and yoga philosophy. Jinsong teaches strong, challenging practices with a gentle, caring and accessible way. Jinsong’s practice and teaching is greatly influenced by different types of yoga, such as Ashtanga yoga, Iyengar yoga and Vinyasa yoga, he also practices Taichi. His main teachers are Matthew Cohen, Max Strom, Donna Farhi, Sarah Powers and Taichi Shifu Yang songquan. Jinsong believes yoga is for everyone, yoga not only helps us find physical and mental health, it is also a great way to help us live a meaningful life and transform our lives from mediocre to extraordinary.
