Once your order has been placed, Liforme will send you an order confirmation email and your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. The majority of our orders are shipped with our courier UPS and as soon as your order has been dispatched you will be emailed your tracking information.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders on Saturdays and Sundays - so if you order on a weekend, we will receive and process your order on the subsequent Monday. Quoted delivery transit times commence from then.
Deliveries are likely to be anytime between 8:00am and 7:00pm, although this can vary. A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not going to be in, we recommend signing up to UPS My Choice to rearrange your delivery, or select to deliver to a UPS Access point at the checkout, if available. Please note that UPS Access Points can hold your package for up to a maximum of 10 calendar days.
We will always endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated, but please note that goods are subject to availability and some delays are out of our control. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay. You can rest assured that we will work to rectify any delivery problems with the minimal delay. Above all, we want you to be happy with the service offered by us here at Liforme.
Please kindly note that for all orders delivered outside of the EU, duties and taxes may apply. The recipient of the package is responsible for these charges, and they may need to pay the courier company directly in order to complete delivery. We strongly suggest you check with your local customs authority to find out more before placing your order.
Some delivery addresses are designated by our courier as "remote" and may be subject to additional charges for delivery, which will be applied at the checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses and forwarding companies.
For delivery to the Canary Islands, please include your NIF/CIF number in your shipping address, or alternatively, please email this number, along with your order details, to email@example.com, to ensure successful delivery of your order.
All Liforme Mats ordered from our website are delivered in branded packaging. Please be aware of this if your order is a gift!

If you would like to return your Liforme product for refund or exchange you can do so within 30 days of receipt of goods, provided the relevant item(s) has not been handled or used and is returned in a saleable condition with all original packaging intact. Returns of items with damaged packaging will incur a handling charge to be designated by us on a per product basis. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We ask that you contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can organise the return of your package with our designated courier. For non-faulty items, please kindly note that we will not be able to cover the cost of initial shipping, return shipping or replacement shipping.
The package is your responsibility until it reaches us so always retain proof of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are insured for the full value during their journey back to us. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.
We kindly ask for your consideration of environmental sustainability when making online purchases. Liforme are concerned, particularly, with the additional carbon footprint of sending packages back and forth. We seek to have the most efficient service possible to prevent unnecessary wastage of resources.
