UK DELIVERY OPTIONS, TIMES & COSTS:

  1. Mainland UK: 1- 3 Business Days Delivery: £4.95 Standard for orders under £200.
  2. Mainland UK: 1- 3 Business Days Delivery: Free for orders over £200.
  3. Delivery can be anytime between 0800 – 1800hrs, so please ensure someone will be available to receive the package to avoid missed deliveries.
  4. Saturday delivery: GBP£25.00 in mainland UK. Saturday deliveries will automatically be delivered on the Saturday following your order provided the order is placed no later than 1200 hrs on the preceding Friday. If you order after 1200hrs on a Friday, your Saturday delivery will come a week later on the following Saturday.
  5. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

EUROPE DELIVERY OPTIONS, TIMES & COSTS:

  1. EU countries: 3- 7 Working Days Delivery: Cost dependent on country for orders under £200.
  2. EU countries: 3- 7 Working Days Delivery: Free on orders over £200.
  3. Non EU countries: Cost and transit time dependent on country for non EU countries – please see Rest of World delivery options below for more information.
  4. If you need a mat more urgently, please contact shop@liforme.com. Let us know your address, what you would like to order and we will get back to you with some delivery options.

  1. For countries outside the mainland UK and EU we regret that we are unable to provide free shipping.
  2. Up to 7 Working Days Delivery: Cost and transit time is dependent on country – this will be specified at the checkout when you enter your shipping address.
  3. Remote locations or special delivery situations may be excluded or may be subject to additional charges for delivery. 
  4. If you need a mat urgently, please contact shop@liforme.com. Let us know your address, what you would like to order and we will get back to you with some options.
  5. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
  6. Import duties and/or taxes may apply to your shipping country, please make sure you look into these before placing your order. 

REMOTE LOCATIONS:

Some delivery addresses are designated by our courier as "remote" and extra charges can apply (sometimes quite significant charges!). We only find this out after receiving your order.  We will always endeavour to process your order without any additional charges where the cost is reasonable, but on some occasions we may contact you asking you to cover a delivery surcharge.

ORDERS PLACED ON WEEKENDS:

We are not able to process orders on Saturdays and Sundays – so if you order on a weekend, we will receive and process your order on the subsequent Monday.  Quoted delivery transit times commence from then.

TAXES AND DUTIES:

Please be advised that import duties and/or taxes may apply to your shipping country.  The recipient of the package will be responsible for these taxes and may need to pay the courier company directly in order to complete the delivery.  For more information, please contact shop@liforme.com letting us know your address and we can try to find out what the position is for you.

We are proud to work with Elite Eco-Logistics Ltd, who were the UK’s first Carbon Neutral courier company.  They also give 10% of their profits to help save the environment and endangered animals.  We really like that about them. They’re pretty handy at delivering parcels too.

OUR DELIVERY POLICY:

We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and some delays are out of our control. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.  You can rest assured that we will work to rectify any delivery problems with the minimal delay.  Above all, we want you our customers to be happy with the service offered by us here at Liforme.

RETURNS POLICY

Should you be unhappy with any part of your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately at info@liforme.com. We are committed to doing whatever we can to resolve the situation to your satisfaction!

If you would like to return your Liforme product for refund or exchange you can do so within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided the relevant item(s) has not been handled or used and is returned in a saleable condition with all original packaging intact.

Returns of items with damaged packaging will incur a handling charge to be designated by us on a per product basis.

For non-faulty items please note that, unfortunately, we will not be able to cover the cost of initial shipping, return shipping or replacement shipping.

We kindly ask for your consideration of environmental sustainability when making online purchases. Liforme are concerned, particularly, with the additional carbon footprint of sending packages back and forth. We seek to have the most efficient service possible to prevent unnecessary wastage of resources. It’s very important to us that we manage returns efficiently, which is why we’d always prefer to discuss the matter with you first.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please return faulty items within 14 days of receipt of order for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are unhappy with a purchased item, we suggest that you first contact us at shop@liforme.com

RETURNING AN ITEM

To return an item, first contact us at shop@liforme.com so that we can organise the return of your package with our designated courier as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are insured for the full value during their journey back to us. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods. Upon receipt of your package, we will process a refund and/or send out your replacement item within 14 days. Please note that all replacement items are subject to availability.
