FREE SHIPPING

We currently offer FREE shipping for orders of £100 and over for delivery to the UK and Europe, and on orders of £200 and over for delivery to the rest of the world!

This offer is valid for all standard shipping destinations available at the checkout. Simply enter your shipping address at the checkout and select the Free Standard Shipping option.

Shipping will usually be via our courier UPS. For expected shipping timeframes to your region, please see below under ‘Delivery Options’.

We kindly remind our customers that customs duties and taxes may apply for countries outside UK & EU and these are the customer's responsibility. Customs clearance can result in delivery delays which are outside of Liforme’s control.

ORDERS & DISPATCH

Once your order has been placed, Liforme will send you an order confirmation email and your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days. The majority of orders are shipped with our courier UPS and once dispatched, you will be emailed your tracking information. Please check the tracking information for your expected delivery date and time.

Please note orders must be placed by 12pm BST to ensure delivery within the specified timeframe.

Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders on Saturdays and Sundays - so if you order on a weekend, we will receive and process your order on the subsequent Monday. Quoted delivery transit times commence from then.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Deliveries are likely to be anytime between 8:00am and 7:00pm, although this can vary. A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not going to be in for the scheduled delivery as per your tracking details, we recommend signing up to UPS My Choice to rearrange your delivery, or select to deliver to a Local Collection Point at the checkout, if available. Please note that UPS Collection Points can hold your package for up to a maximum of 10 calendar days.

We will always endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated, but please note that goods are subject to availability and some delays are out of our control. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay. You can rest assured that we will work to rectify any delivery problems with the minimal delay. Above all, we want you to be happy with the service offered by us here at Liforme.

Please kindly note that for all orders delivered outside of the EU, duties and taxes may apply. The recipient of the package is responsible for these charges, and they may need to pay the courier company directly in order to complete delivery. We strongly suggest you check with your local customs authority to find out more before placing your order.

Our carriers charge a surcharge for delivery to remote and extended areas that is outside of our control. These areas are non standard shipping destinations and you will be notified of this when you enter your postcode at the checkout. For remote and extended areas, we are not able to offer our normal delivery services to these destinations and an additional shipping surcharge of £20 will be applied. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses and forwarding companies.

For delivery to the Canary Islands, please include your NIF/CIF number in your shipping address, or alternatively, please email this number, along with your order details, to info@liforme.com, to ensure successful delivery of your order.

All Liforme Mats ordered from our website are delivered in branded packaging. Please be aware of this if your order is a gift!

RETURNS POLICY

Should you be unhappy with any part of your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately here. We are committed to doing whatever we can to resolve the situation to your satisfaction!

If you would like to return your Liforme product for refund or exchange you can do so within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided the relevant item(s) has not been handled or used and is returned in a saleable condition with all original packaging intact. Returns of items with damaged packaging will incur a handling charge to be designated by us on a per product basis. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We ask that you first get in touch and we can organise the return of your package with our designated courier. For non-faulty items, please kindly note that we will not be able to cover the cost of initial shipping, return shipping or replacement shipping.

The package is your responsibility until it reaches us so always retain proof of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are insured for the full value during their journey back to us. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.

We kindly ask for your consideration of environmental sustainability when making online purchases. Liforme are concerned, particularly, with the additional carbon footprint of sending packages back and forth. We seek to have the most efficient service possible to prevent unnecessary wastage of resources. It's very important to us that we manage returns efficiently, which is why we'd always prefer to discuss the matter with you first.
