Morning class will be followed by a healthy, complete breakfast and then we’re on free time all day. Sunset, yin yoga class, then an incredible meal from the Balancé men – these guys are Kings!
The retreat includes beautiful accommodations at a 4 star resort with a variety of room options including poolside suites and waterfront villas facing the endless blue waters of the Pacific. You’ll listen to the waves break in front of our oceanfront deck as you swing in a soft hammock, enjoying the sanctuary of Balancé.

Allison found yoga in 2004 during her senior year at Wellesley College. Just when her new adult life was supposed to take off she hit rock bottom with alcoholism and bulimia. She became involved with a 12 step program and discovered yoga and insight (Vipassana) meditation. Yoga helped her to deal with anxiety, feel strong and flexible in body & mind, become comfortable in her own skin and gain confidence.
Several years into her own healing journey, she realized that she wanted to help others experience the benefits of yoga and meditation. Allison believes that her true vocation is to be a source of inspiration for people. Today her laughter is infectious and her personality lights up the room. She strives to make her classes challenging yet accessible to students of all levels. She likes creative and smart sequencing and is always learning more to create an awesome yoga class experience for her students.
Movement has always been a part of Nicole’s life, as she has journeyed from dancer to movement therapist to yogi. Nicole has a passion for whole body wellness and the ability to connect mind, body, and spirit through breath and movement. She continuously strives to let go of the internal chatter and external distractions, and just simply be.
Nicole completed her 500 hr. Yoga Teacher Training under the guidance of Daniel Orlansky E-RYT 500 and is certified in Vinyasa Yoga,Thai Yoga Massage, Yin Yoga, Meridian Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. As a resident of The Heights, Nicole could not be happier to sharing her energy, enthusiasm, and passion for yoga with the Wonder Yoga community!
