The 10 days in Sri Lanka promises to be an unforgettable journey, as you will dive deeply into the awesome practice of yoga & surfing . Starting the day early by jogging at the beach and then a 1.5 hours will be dedicated to asana practice. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years this intimate setting provides the optimal learning environment to deepen your practice. Together we will also practise acro yoga and have fun. After our morning practice, a delicious breakfast will be served with an abundance of rich tropical fruits and vegetables.
After breakfast, you can surf in the crashing waves of the Indian Ocean.
In the afternoon, we will be visiting spellbinding beaches, lush rainforests, cool highlands, and fabled tea plantations.
Before our wholesome dinner, we will have one more session of Yoga and then we’ll let you sleep like a baby... ☺️
