The colourful diversity of Indian mythology, yogic Ayurvedic diet and classic, anatomically correct asana practice bring you deep into the mysterious world of yoga. The 200 hours intensive yoga training in Goa India is a systematic and holistic training for body, mind and soul and creates a solid foundation for your own yoga practice. You will get to know the different ways of yoga comprehensively and you will already receive your own teaching experience from mutual teaching in small groups.
The training is intended for those who want to begin the responsible job of sharing yoga, for their profession, as well as for those who want to immerse themselves in their own practice. The 200 Hours Intensive Yoga Training Goa India provides a comprehensive overview of the most important yoga asanas, their correct execution, effect and guidance in yoga groups. Special emphasis is also placed on applied anatomy as well as classical and tantric yoga philosophy. Therapeutic yoga, meditation and pranayama are also part of the training.
The prerequisite for participation in the training is at least one year of regular yoga practice, as well as the desire to delve deeper into the philosophy and practice of yoga. To bring along a book recession in the scope of one page from one of the following books:

• The Source of Yoga (B.K.S. Iyengar)
The training can be completed in 2 modules (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020) or as a whole in 4 weeks. Yoga teachers with a completed education and the desire to immerse themselves deeper, can also get into the module 2. The training is internationally recognised and certified by the Yoga Alliance (RYT200). With the successful completion of the entry into the advanced training course RYT300 + (RYT500 completion) is possible. The degree is achieved through a written final exam and 3 teaching exams.
