*TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR LIFORME’S ‘YOUR YOGA STUDIO’ PROMOTION 

• The ‘earn a free mat’ offer applies on a one-time-only basis to each single Yoga studio or collective of Yoga studios  – so if your studio is part of a group or chain that orders stock of retail products centrally (or has rules governing retail operations of franchisees or branches), there can only be one ‘introducer’ for that company/group/brand of Yoga studios.  Studios in common ownership with any other studios are considered as part of the same collective of Yoga studios for the purposes of these terms.

• If Liforme (or any of our sales representatives) are already in contact with your studio prior to your recommending the Liforme Yoga to them, we will not be able to provide you with a free mat for your introduction.  If you are in doubt about this, please email us at info@liforme.com before you approach your studio and we will confirm the position to you.  You can count on our honesty of course, and we hope you will understand that we cannot provide complimentary mats where we are already undertaking other sales efforts with regard to your studio.

• There can only be one ‘introducer’ per studio – we will rely on the confirmation from your studio as to the identity of the first ‘introducer’

• The ‘free mat’ becomes due to the named ‘introducer’ at the point we receive full payment for a first order from your studio. At this point, we will contact you via email to confirm that we will be sending you a mat - we will need your full address and telephone number for the courier.  Liforme will cover the cost of shipment of your mat to you, provided you live in a ‘non-remote area’ as designated by our courier company – if you live in a remote area we may (in our discretion) need to ask you for a shipping surcharge.

• Your ‘free mat’ can be your choice of colour, subject to us having your chosen colour in stock at the time of your request. 

• This offer is for a limited time period only, and Liforme reserves the right to cancel the offer or amend these terms and conditions at any point.  We will of course honour our promise to give free mats for any prior introductions made in accordance with these terms.

• Please do not, when dealing with your Yoga studio, make any claims about the Liforme Yoga Mat (or any other Liforme products) of your own account; please stick to the information contained on our website at www.liforme.com
