Our home for a nurturing, inspiring week is a peaceful haven in the hills overlooking fields of sunflowers in beautiful, bohemian Andalusia, Spain. Tranquility reigns. Pure air, piercing views and nourishing food provide the perfect setting for healing, learning, pampering, practicing, playing... And preparing to leave more connected to yourself than when you arrived.

Yoga, meditation, breath work, guided journaling and hardcore relaxation – for all levels, no experience necessary. Amazing healthy food (there’s wine available too), gorgeous scenery, salt water pool, sauna... Spa and horseback riding options… And workshops for teachers who wish to add Yoga Alliance accredited CPD to their holiday!
