I haven’t received my order - what should I do?

Thanks for your order with Liforme! You can login into your Liforme account to see your order status or click the link in your order confirmation email to view order updates.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 working day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends will ship on Monday or the next working day. To ensure your order is dispatched within the stated time frame, please place it before 12pm UK time.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking details and courier information.

If you placed a pre-order, your estimated delivery date can be found in your confirmation email.

Why is the delivery time longer than expected?

If you notice that the shipping time for your order is significantly longer than our standard delivery times, it may be because you have a preorder item in your basket.

Preorders are items that are not yet in stock and are available for purchase in advance. You can find the estimated shipping dates for preorder items on their product pages or at checkout.

If you need to receive your order sooner, try changing the colour or style to an in stock product.

What are the differences between the Liforme mats?

Liforme offers a range of mats designed to suit different styles, sizes, and travel needs:

  • Regular-Sized Yoga Mat – Our signature mat, perfect for everyday practice, with excellent grip and 4.2 mm studio-comfort cushioning.
  • Travel Mat – Lightweight and portable, ideal for on-the-go practice without compromising grip.
  • XL Mat – Longer and wider for taller practitioners or those who want extra space and comfort.

All Liforme mats feature non-toxic, eco-friendly materials, superior grip, and a variation of our AlignForMe® posture alignment design. The main differences are size, thickness, and portability, allowing you to choose the mat that best fits your practice style and lifestyle.

How do I make a return?

Should you be unhappy with any part of your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are committed to doing whatever we can to resolve the situation to your satisfaction!

To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out our return form or email us directly at info@liforme.comPlease include your order number, a short explanation of the issue, plus any photos to help us support you.

We are unable to accept returns of Liforme Water Bottles for hygiene reasons, except in the case of a fault.

The package is your responsibility until it reaches us so always retain proof of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are insured for the full value during their journey back to us. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.

Are Liforme Mats suitable for hot Yoga, or humid climates?

We know that many Yogis love using Liforme mats for their heated practice as the extra grippy top surface aids their practice during an intense and sweaty session! However, we do like to just generally caution that our Liforme mats are not specifically designed to be used for hot Yoga. Liforme mats have an open cell structure on the top surface, meaning moisture is absorbed quickly and can evaporate easily, keeping your mat super grippy and your practice safe and steady, even during an extra sweaty practice.

Liforme mats are also made to be biodegradable, so regular heated yoga practices, or living in a hot and humid climate, could speed up the degradation of the Liforme mat and reduce their lifespan. We still believe your mat will last you a good amount of time even if you practice hot yoga, at least relative to most other mats made from biodegradable materials. We believe it’s super important to use non-toxic biodegradable materials in order to minimise any negative impact on the environment. And we certainly wouldn’t advise anyone to buy PVC yoga mats even though they can be more durable, as there are a whole host of issues with mats made from PVC – see here for more info. And as a bonus, most people have no need to use a towel on top of a Liforme mat- so you’ll also save energy and water, and avoid detergent and microfibre pollution by not having to wash a sweaty towel after each practice!

What’s the best way to clean and care for my Liforme mat?

Keep your mat in top condition by following our simple cleaning and care guide. Click here for Liforme-approved instructions to keep your mat looking and performing its best, session after session. Please avoid generic cleaning sprays, as they often contain oils or chemicals that can damage the surface of your mat.

How should I store my mat and which way do I roll it up?

To maximising the longevity of your mat we recommend:

  • Always letting your mat dry flat after use before rolling it up.
  • Always roll the mat with the top (coloured/alignment) side facing out — this helps it lie flat and prevents curling.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight - since your mat is biodegradable, UV light can speed up its degradation.

  • We don’t recommend folding your mat, as this could leave visible creases.
  • Try not to practice on the mat right after applying oils or lotions, as these may stain the surface.

We aim to get your Liforme mat to you as quickly as possible!

Our warehouse teams process all online orders from Monday to Friday and we aim to dispatch all in stock orders within 1 working day of purchase. Orders placed on a Saturday or a Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, or the next working day.

To ensure delivery within the specified time frame, orders must be placed by 12pm UK time. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking details and courier information. If you made a pre-order, please see your order confirmation email for confirmation of when to expect your delivery.

Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders on Public Holidays, we will receive and process your order on the subsequent day. Therefore, transit times may be extended and commence from the dispatch of your order from our warehouse. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this.

My shipping country is not listed on your website, can you still ship to my address?

We are very happy to arrange orders to non-standard shipping destinations, and can advise you of the shipping costs on an individual basis - get in touch with our friendly customer service team and they will happily get a shipping quote for you.

Do you offer Express Shipping Worldwide?

Our express service options, offering fast worldwide shipping for delivery between 1-5 business days depending on location. Please see the express service options at checkout or on our shipping and returns page for more details.

Please note, sometimes we may have to switch off express options during busy periods – when that happens, the quickest delivery option will be shown at the checkout.

Will I be charged Duties or Taxes?

Please kindly note that for all orders delivered outside of the UK, EU and USA duties and taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Liforme has no control over these charges and we cannott tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. I've changed my mind, and want to adjust/cancel my order

If you'd like to make any changes to your order after checkout, please contact our UK-based customer service team here.

Please be aware that once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee the ability to make changes. Amendments can only be made before your order is shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to make any changes to orders in transit, but we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange if
necessary.

Kindly note, for Liforme X You Custom Yoga Mats, once an order is placed, the design cannot be edited. Please carefully review and check you are happy with the final design before proceeding to checkout to complete your Liforme x You purchase.

This policy is in place because we prioritise immediate processing and fast shipping to ensure you receive your order as quickly as
possible. 

Can I buy items tax-free if I live outside of the UK?

Our mats have a unified price for each product in each region, which is inclusive of sales taxes (if applicable).

This means that your price will not change even if your local VAT or sales tax rate is different from the UK rate.

If you are a VAT registered trader, we are happy to provide a VAT receipt for your relevant Liforme order. Any VAT receipts will be made out to the customer as noted on the order.

Can I edit my Custom Liforme X You Mat Design? 

Once you have placed your order for Liforme X You Custom Yoga Mat, it cannot be edited. This policy is in place because we prioritise fast shipping and immediate processing to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. 

We recommend that you carefully review and confirm your design before completing your purchase. Double-check all details to ensure you are happy with the final design before proceeding to checkout

Can I pay in my local currency?

Prices for customers are based on shipping location. You can find out which currency you can check our from using our country selector located in the Navigation f our website.

For clarity, those based in the UK and Rest of World are in £GBP, with select countries able to checkout in their local currency.

Prices for customers based in Europe are in €EUR

Prices for customers based in North America are in $USD and prices for customers based in Canada are in $CAD.

All transactions are processed in £GBP, and so your bank may charge an exchange rate fee if you have a bank account in a different currency, but this is usually minimal.

How do I use my promotional code?

You can use your promotional code on any applicable online purchase via our website. Simply choose your mat, and proceed to the checkout. Then enter your code into the Discount Code box, and click apply. The promotional discount will be applied to your order.

Please note that product discounts will apply to the product cost only.

Can I apply a promotional code to a past purchase?
