How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

Please kindly note that for delivery within stated time frames, orders must be placed by 12pm (GMT).

When will my order be dispatched?

Once your order has been placed, Liforme will send you an order confirmation email and your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days.

Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders on Saturdays and Sundays - so if you order on a weekend, we will receive and process your order on the subsequent Monday. Quoted delivery transit times commence from the dispatch of your order from our warehouse.

All Liforme Mats ordered from our website are delivered in branded packaging. Please be aware of this if your order is a gift!

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed your tracking information with a link to track your package. Please check the tracking information for your expected delivery date and time.

Unless you select a timed delivery slot, deliveries can be anytime between 8:00am and 7:00pm, although this can vary. If you are not going to be in for the scheduled delivery as per your tracking details, you should be able to rearrange your delivery directly with the courier by following the instructions on the email. Please note that local Collection Points can hold your package for up to a maximum of 10 calendar days.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Our express service options offer fast worldwide shipping for delivery within 1-5 business days depending on location. Please see the express service options at checkout or on our shipping table above for more details.

Please note, sometimes we may have to switch off express options during busy periods – when that happens, the quickest delivery option will be shown at the checkout.

Will I be charged Duties or Taxes?

Please kindly note that for all orders delivered outside of the UK, EU and USA duties and taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Any charges on an order must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Liforme has no control over these charges and we cannott tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Do you offer gift wrap or unbranded packaging for orders that are gifts

Kindly note that all our mats are delivered in branded packaging which not only reflects the quality and identity of our brand, but also adds an element of authenticity, ensuring a premium experience from the moment you checkout on our website, to stepping onto your mat.

However, we completely acknowledge the importance of preserving the element of surprise. If you'd prefer your mat to be delivered in unbranded packaging, please contact our friendly Customer Experience Team, and they will be happy to assist you in arranging this.

My shipping country is not listed on your website, can you still ship to my address?

We are very happy to arrange orders to non-standard shipping destinations, and can advise you of the shipping costs on an individual basis - get in touch with our friendly customer service team and they will happily get a shipping quote for you.

Why is the shipping time for my order longer than usual?

If you notice that the shipping time for your order is significantly longer than our standard delivery times, it may be because you have a preorder item in your basket.

Preorders are items that are not yet in stock and are available for purchase in advance. You can find the estimated shipping dates for preorder items on their product pages.

If you need to receive your order sooner, try changing the colour or style to an in stock product.

Effective from 2nd May 2025, Liforme is proud to offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. We are so sure you will absolutely love your Liforme Yoga Mat and that it will transform your Yoga practice, that we are providing a 30-day return period for all non-custom Yoga mats, in the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase! We will refund the product cost if you choose to return your Yoga mat (and you will only have to pay a restocking fee for each item returned). In the extremely unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, please contact us and we will ensure your issue is
resolved.

Buying a gift? - Our Holiday Extended Return Period

Any non-custom gift orders, made between 1 November 2025 and 22 December 2025, have until 12 January 2026 to request a return.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept extended returns of Yoga Mats that have been opened and/or used. This means the paper wrapper / seal must still be intact to benefit from our holiday extended return period.

Liforme’s Holiday Extended Return Period overrides the standard return policy.

What is your standard return policy?

Should you be unhappy with any part of your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are committed to doing whatever we can to resolve the situation to your satisfaction!

You have the standard right to return your Liforme order for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery provided the item(s) are unopened, not handled or used and returned in a saleable condition with all original packaging intact.

We are unable to accept returns of the Liforme x You product, due its bespoke nature, except in the case of a quality concern. We are unable to accept returns of Liforme Water Bottles for hygiene reasons, except in the case of a fault.

For non-faulty returns, Liforme will deduct a restocking fee per item. Refunds and store credit will be limited to product cost (gift wrap, initial shipping or replacement shipping).This does not affect your statutory rights.

The package is your responsibility until it reaches us so always retain proof of postage. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are insured for the full value during their journey back to us. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.

We kindly remind our customers to consider the environment when making online purchases.


Liforme is particularly concerned with the additional carbon footprint of sending packages back and forth and unnecessary wastage of resources. It's very important to us that we manage returns efficiently, which is why we'd always prefer to discuss the matter with you first.

I've changed my mind, and want to adjust/cancel my order

If you'd like to make any changes to your order after checkout, please contact our UK-based customer service team here.

Please be aware that once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee the ability to make changes. Amendments can only be made before your order is shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to make any changes to orders in transit, but we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange if
necessary.

Kindly note, for Liforme X You Custom Yoga Mats, once an order is placed, the design cannot be edited. Please carefully review and check you are happy with the final design before proceeding to
checkout
to complete your Liforme x You purchase.

This policy is in place because we prioritise immediate processing and fast shipping to ensure you receive your order as quickly as
possible. 

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we do offer exchanges for different colours or designs within our return period. To arrange this, please contact us at info@liforme.com.

Please note, non-faulty returns for exchange are subject to a restocking fee on a per item basis.

When will I receive a refund?

We aim to process all returns within 1 week of them arriving back at our warehouse. During busy periods this may be a little longer and we thank you for your kind patience with this.

If you have requested a refund, once processed, this will be returned to your original payment method in 3-5 working days.


Store credit will be issued, via email, as soon as the return is processed at our warehouse.
