30-Day Money Back Guarantee - Terms and Conditions
Effective from 2nd May 2025, Liforme is proud to offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. We are so sure you will absolutely love your Liforme Yoga Mat and that it will transform your Yoga practice, that we are providing a 30-day return period for all non-custom mats, in the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase! This will include a refund of the price you paid for the product, deducting only a one-way return charge to cover the cost of getting the mat back to us for repurposing in our warehouse.
In the extremely unlikely event your item arrives faulty, we will send you a replacement absolutely free of charge!
1. Products covered by the Guarantee
This guarantee applies to Non-Custom Yoga Mats, Travel Yoga Mats, XL Yoga Mats, Kids Yoga Mat and Yoga Pads purchased directly from liforme.com. For the avoidance of any doubt, this policy does not cover Very Nearly Perfect Mats or Liforme x You Custom Mats. Products purchased from other authorised Liforme retailers will not be accepted as returns by Liforme (please contact the retailer from whom you purchased from in such event).
To help prevent misuse of this policy, the guarantee is limited to a maximum of 3 mats per order. Any claims submitted on larger orders of more than 3 mats are not eligible for this guarantee, except in Liforme’s absolute discretion.
To activate your 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, you must sign up using our activation form within 7 days of placing your order. If you do not complete this step, your product will not be eligible for return under this guarantee except in Liforme’s absolute discretion.
2. Who the Guarantee Covers
This guarantee applies to the original purchaser of any qualifying Liforme product or, in the case of a gift, the original recipient. The guarantee is valid only for purchases made on liforme.com, and only while the product remains in the possession of the original owner. In the case of a used mat, the Money Back Guarantee is limited to one claim per customer, per lifetime.
3. What the 30-day Money back Guarantee Covers
Non-faulty Returns
If you elect to return your Liforme Yoga Mat under the 30-day period, you must comply with the following requirements:
- you must contact us before the end of the 30-day period, clearly notifying us of your intention to return your mat - whether your Yoga Mat has been used or not. While we accept used returns, we ask that the mat is returned in a clean, hygienic condition. Any returns received back in an unacceptable condition may be returned to the customer at their cost or destroyed, with no refund issued.
- The period to return under the 30-day Money Back Guarantee expires after 23:59:59 BST or GMT, on the 30th day following the date your order was placed.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus any return shipping costs or handling charges) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Faulty Returns
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty due to manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or other material performance issue, we’ll make it right. You may choose either a full refund or a free replacement. Faults should be reported within a reasonable timeframe (ideally within 7 days of discovery), and we will request photos and a brief description to help resolve the issue quickly.
In the event of a defect, we may due to stock availability only be able to offer a replacement mat in a colour/style different from the Yoga Mat you originally purchased. For limited edition or out-of-stock products, we will provide a replacement option of a product of equal or greater retail value, but we cannot always guarantee a like-for-like replacement.
Please note: our policy does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper storage or cleaning, marks from clothing or equipment, or issues resulting from heavy or excessive use.
4. Your Responsibilities
Non-faulty Returns
In the event of a return or exchange, you will be asked to provide proof of the original purchase and the mat must be returned to Liforme. For non-faulty returns, a one way return shipping fee, as shown here, will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs of getting your mat back to us for repurposing at our warehouse.

Faulty Returns
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, you will be asked to provide proof of the original purchase, provide photo evidence of the defect and asked to return the mat to Liforme for inspection. If return shipping is required, Liforme will cover the associated costs.
If you request an exchange or replacement, Liforme will ship it within 14 days of receiving your original Yoga Mat or the return being confirmed, unless otherwise stated. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs associated with shipping out the new Yoga mat, unless there is a request to ship the exchange to a different address from the original order.
5. How to Make a Return or Claim
To start a return or submit a claim, please fill out our return form or email us directly info@liforme.com. Include your order number, a short explanation of the issue, plus any photos to help support your case.
For purchases made prior to 2nd May 2025, our previous 14-day return period will continue to apply.
6. Other Conditions
Liforme reserves the right to modify or withdraw this guarantee without prior notice. However, all valid claims submitted while the guarantee is active will be honoured. Liforme reserves the right to decline a claim where we suspect fraud or unauthorised reseller activity.
