Our Progress

To date, we’ve identified over 74,000 (!) infringing or illicit product listings online. And we don’t mean 74,000 mats. Each listing can represent thousands of mats. We estimate that there have been tens of MILLIONS of illicit Yoga mats sold bearing similar or identical designs to Liforme’s original works.

We’ve used every tool we can get our hands on, including image recognition technology and legal action, to stop these unlawful copies. But for every copy mat we have removed, there are many more that we never see.

In standing postures, the 45° Lines provide a visual reference to help you to align your back heels and find stability and perfect posture in poses such as Warrior I and Warrior II.

The Lotus

Use the Lotus, or centrepiece of your alignment guide, to align yourself with the centre of your mat, which serves as the root of your symmetry, ensuring balance and stability as you ground yourself in the heart of your practice.

Central Line

The central line on the Liforme Yoga Mat aids in establishing evenness and width-wise alignment, ensuring balanced positioning of hands and feet in poses like Downward Facing Dog or Plank Pose.

Reverse Points

The Reverse Points assist Yogis in maintaining proper form and symmetry by providing visual cues for hand and foot placement when on their back.

It took Liforme five years of hard work and countless iterations to develop our distinctive AlignForMe® Guide.
There were no mats that looked like ours before we debuted our design in 2013. Now, they are everywhere.

We are fighting two types of copiers:

1. Producers of fake Liforme Mats
2. Copy-cats who replicate our alignment guide under their own brand names

Both are guilty of infringing on Liforme’s Intellectual Property (IP).

Liforme is the originator and trademark holder of the AlignForMe alignment guide. Anyone else who reproduces a version of our guide is trading on our innovation, reputation, and hard work. Only a Liforme Yoga mat will have the quality, performance, and ethical and environmental standards that justify our price point.

Our only official website is simply LIFORME.COM. Always check the URL, especially if the price seems too good to be true! Liforme mats are sold by some legitimate third-party sites, but only order from retailers you trust.

Our dedicated team works round the clock to report fraudulent websites and fake products. A key ally is our partners at Red Points, who have helped us remove over 40,000 mats that infringe Liforme’s IP from the internet. We’ve also successfully pursued legal action against copiers.
