Stay in a beautifully restored Sherpa lodge, once home to Sir Edmund Hillary, surrounded by pine forests, mountain trails and panoramic Himalayan views. With a yoga shala, wood-fired sauna and cosy fires each evening, it becomes a remarkable base for the week.

Robby and Josie da Bank, founders of Slomo Wellness, lead daily yoga, meditation and relaxation sessions, balanced with sauna sessions and cold dips in Himalayan rivers. Between practices, hike to remote monasteries, visit Sherpa villages, meet local families and explore landscapes that few visitors ever reach. An overnight camp on a high mountain ridge offers sunset, stargazing and sunrise views across the Himalayas, with Everest visible on clear mornings.

This is a week of mountain trails, monastery visits, wood-fired saunas, icy river swims, long dinners and some of Nepal's most spectacular scenery, shared with a small group in one of the most beautiful corners of the Himalayas.
