"I was really excited about this mat. It’s the second time I’ve ordered one however this one has had this really weird white film that just got worse every time I used it. Purchased their cleaning solution and clean it exactly as they suggest. I wrote to the company for help but their response was for me to clean it as suggested on the website (which I do after every use) SUPER disappointed in the quality and customer service. Bummed because this was my favorite brand"
