NOTE: This retreat will be hosted in Spanish, but I speak English as most of the participants. ;)

YOGA BLISS is a retreat for those who want to disconnect for a few days from the daily routine, those looking for moments of relaxation connected with nature, delve into and/or establish a yoga and meditation practice, and those who want to have memorable moments of joy, fun and good vibration.

I assure you that, whether you are a beginner or already have a yoga practice, you will perform postures that you never imagined, you will gain mental and physical strength (which will carry over into your daily life) and you will be able to let go, relax, laugh a lot and recharge.

THE SCHEDULE:

Each day will have a Meditation session and a Power Yoga practice (for ALL levels) focused on alignment.

You will have free space to enjoy yourself, the beautiful space surrounded by nature and the company of people looking for the same thing.

There will be an arm balance workshop*, group activities, closing ceremony and nighttime bonfires.

There would be an optional tour to the AMAZING Tayrona National Park or tubing in the Don Diego River.
