50H CET Dharma Yoga with Ambra Vallo

Rooted in the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra, this 50-hour immersion goes far beyond the physical practice, inviting you to explore yoga as a path of self-discovery, awareness and inner transformation.

Throughout the training, you’ll explore:

• Dharma Yoga sequences and iconic postures
• Inversions, backbends and arm balances
• Pranayama, meditation and concentration
• Kriya and subtle body practices
• The philosophy and ethical foundations of yoga
• The deeper energetic and spiritual dimensions of the practice

Ambra brings a unique perspective shaped by her former career as a Principal Ballerina with the Birmingham Royal Ballet, combined with extensive study in Dharma Yoga, Ashtanga, Forrest and other traditions. Her teaching is dynamic, intuitive and deeply rooted in the lineage.
