A weekend of wonderful just minutes from the beach in Seaford! This stunning 1920s property is set within six acres of land on Seaford Head and has its own pathway leading directly into the Seven Sisters Country Park.

The exquisite setting of the Florence House provides the perfect backdrop for our amazing itinerary of movement, meditation, breath work, self-inquiry and community. Our home for the weekend amidst beautiful nature with brilliant offerings is awesome for single travelers as well as those who wish to share a room.With stunning gardens, coastal views, a yurt with a wood-burning stove, a spacious yoga room and delicious local food, expect to be immersed in scrumptious surroundings, a nurturing environment and the true experience of Yoga. 

The practices that make up the heart of this retreat are suitable for all levels and you will be encouraged, reminded, dared, demanded ;) to always take the utmost care of yourself, to choose what's right for you and to rest when needed or desired for any reason.Look forward to movement, breath and self-inquiry being the foundation of everything we do. Through many years of practice and teaching, Anna and her best friend, Sarah, bring a lighthearted and playful approach which encourages you to be the author of your own experience within a kind, community setting.
