Set on a stunning 1,000-acre working farm surrounded by rolling hills, native bush and peaceful countryside, our 200 Hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training combines traditional yoga teachings with a modern understanding of movement science, nervous system regulation, meditation and philosophy.

Designed for aspiring yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners alike, this internationally recognised Yoga Alliance accredited course provides the knowledge, practical teaching skills and confidence to guide others safely and authentically.

Unlike many teacher trainings, you'll begin teaching during the course, receiving personalised feedback and mentorship every step of the way. Our small group format ensures every student receives individual attention in a supportive and encouraging environment.
