Catskills Yoga Retreat

Join Paige Cara at Groundworks retreat space nestled against the breathtaking backdrop of the Shawangunk Mountain ridge, just two hours outside of NYC. The weekend will include yoga, breathwork, meditation, sauna + hot tub time, and all the nature.

There will be plenty of down time for reflection and relaxation. We will nourish you with farm-to-table meals, connection with the surrounding nature and each other. The goal is to leave with renewed energy for spring adventures.Your retreat includes:
