Where is my order?
We aim to get your Liforme mat to you as quickly as possible! Our warehouse teams process all online orders from Monday to Friday and we aim to dispatch all in stock orders within 1 working day of purchase. Orders placed on a Saturday or a Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, or the next working day. To ensure delivery within the specified time frame, orders must be placed by 12pm UK time.
Login into your Liforme account to see your order status or click the link in your order confirmation email to view order updates.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking details and courier information.
