Embracing the abundance of the harvest season, this retreat weaves together daily yoga and meditation, creative workshops, cooking experiences, walks in nature and moments of relaxation. In this peaceful environment, Lucy and Laura will guide you through a journey of connection with others, yourself and the beautiful surrounding.

- Daily morning vinyasa yoga practice and meditation in the garden
