The Color of Calm is a community wellness event that centers Black and Brown voices in yoga. Through restorative movement, journaling, and honest dialogue, this gathering invites participants to reclaim yoga as a space for rest, reflection, and liberation.

The Color of Calm: Holding Space for Diversity in Yoga is a healing-centered wellness event that uplifts and prioritizes Black and Brown communities in wellness. Taking place on Sunday, July 6th in Philadelphia, this 3-hour offering will include a restorative yoga practice, mindfulness journaling, a facilitated community conversation around racial equity in yoga, and a grounding sound healing session.The event is designed for 50 participants and will close with a Sip & Connect session featuring refreshments and Black-owned wellness vendors. This event intentionally makes space for rest and reflection while spotlighting the importance of racial diversity and representation in the yoga world.

Sliding scale pricing and scholarship tickets will be offered to increase accessibility. The event is led by Tiffany Easley, a certified yoga teacher and mindfulness coach committed to creating safe, inclusive, and culturally grounded yoga spaces.
