200 Hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in New Zealand | Taupo 2027

Nestled beside the crystal-clear waters of Lake Taupo, our 200 Hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training combines traditional yoga teachings with a modern understanding of how the body and mind work. 

We explore yoga through the lenses of movement science, nervous system regulation, meditation, philosophy, and conscious living—creating a training that is both grounded and transformative.

Designed for aspiring teachers and dedicated practitioners alike, this internationally recognised Yoga Alliance accredited course will help you develop a deeper understanding of yoga while building confidence, self-awareness, and practical teaching skills.

You'll live, learn, practise, and grow alongside a supportive community in one of New Zealand's most spectacular natural settings. Away from the distractions of everyday life, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with what matters most, deepen your practice, and create lasting change from the inside out.
