Hold the buckle with the Liforme logo facing upwards.
Thread the Strap through the buckle, keeping the numbered markers visible on the inside of the loop.
Bring the Strap back over the Liforme bar and thread it back through the buckle.
Adjust the loop by pulling the Strap through until you reach your desired size.
Secure the buckle firmly into place and check it is locked before use.
